1. About this policy
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies on puntohealth.com. The website is operated by PUNTO HEALTH LTD (company number 15174291), Health Foundry, 1 Royal Street, London, England, SE1 7LL. Our EU representative is Puntoclinic SLU, Carrer Laureà Miró 371–373, 08980 Sant Feliu de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain. This policy concerns the website; our Privacy Policy explains personal data processing across Punto Health services.
2. What cookies do
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. They can remember a choice between visits or help a service understand how it is used. Similar technologies may store or access information on your device without using a cookie. Some last only for a browsing session; others remain until they expire or you delete them.
3. Necessary cookies
Necessary cookies support essential functions and remember your privacy choices. The cookie settings panel does not switch them off. The consent cookie used by this website is named occ, is set by Punto Health on the current website domain, and lasts up to 180 days after you save a choice. It records your category choices, their version and relevant timestamps so that the website can apply them on later visits.
4. Preferences
This optional category covers remembering choices such as language or regional settings. You can enable or disable it separately in Cookie settings.
5. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the website. When you allow analytics, Google may store cookies such as _ga and _ga_5HYZQGJ90M. We send your choice through Google Consent Mode: analytics storage is denied until you allow this category. Google scripts can still send cookieless measurement signals while storage is denied. Rejecting or withdrawing consent does not automatically delete cookies previously stored in your browser; you can remove them using your browser controls.
6. Marketing and social features
This optional category covers personalised content, social media features and campaign measurement when these services are enabled. Selecting a category does not itself install a third-party service. External websites you choose to visit have their own cookie and privacy policies.
7. Managing your choices
Use Settings in the banner to choose categories, Accept all to allow optional categories or Reject all to refuse them. Changes in the panel take effect when you save. Closing it without saving discards the changes and, if you have not made a choice, shows the banner again. You can reopen Cookie settings to change your choice or withdraw consent. Withdrawal applies to future use; it does not undo processing that has already happened or automatically remove cookies set earlier by another service.
8. Browser controls
Your browser settings let you review, block and delete cookies or other site data. Consult your browser’s help for instructions. Deleting the occ cookie removes the saved choice and the banner will appear on your next visit. Blocking storage may prevent us from remembering a choice; if saving fails, the panel will show an error and keep your previous permissions.
9. Changes to this policy
We will review this policy when the website or the services it uses change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. A change to the consent version may require you to make a new choice.
10. Contact and privacy
For questions about cookies or to exercise your data protection rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@puntohealth.com. Read our Privacy Policy for further information about personal data, your rights and how to contact the relevant supervisory authority.
